Playing with a flashlight in the dark.
Our daughter is autistic.
Her approach to life has changed the way I look at the world and myself.
She is twelve now.
Time has softened the shock and ache into
a heart felt need to share and express my experience through art and writing.
Autism is always by my side and I am growing with it and learning new ways to stay a passionate artist,
mother, wife and advocate.
Within this practice my hope would be to connect with other people who struggle, enjoy and endure this path.
